We want you to be genuinely happy with Verbao. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Our online reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all Verbao orders and handles refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net, enter the email address you used at checkout, and follow the link to manage your order. From there you can request a refund directly.
  • Or email us at hello@verbao.com from the address on your order and we will pass the request to Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds usually appear within 5-10 business days.

Subscription renewals

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If a renewal charge occurs and you no longer want the subscription, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

What is not eligible

Refunds may be declined for accounts that show clear signs of fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated policy violations. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
