Install in Outlook

   Download the add-in file

   Save the XML file above. The Verbao website changes must be published before installation.

   Open Outlook add-ins

   Use Get Add-ins or Apps in Outlook. If custom installation is not shown on your Mac, open Outlook on the web with the same Microsoft account.

   Add the file

   Under My add-ins, find Custom add-ins, then Add a custom add-in and Add from file. Choose the downloaded XML file. Your organisation may need to approve it.

   Connect Verbao

   Open a reply in Outlook, choose Verbao in Apps or the message toolbar, and connect your Verbao account from its panel.

Review before applying

Select only the words you have written in your reply, then choose Check selection in the Verbao panel. Review the original and corrected text, reselect the original text if needed, and choose Apply correction. You stay in charge of sending your email.

This first version checks selected text rather than correcting every keystroke. It will not replace your whole email. Links, tables and recognised signatures or quotes are rejected. Plain-text signatures and quotes cannot always be identified, so keep them out of your selection. Formatting within replaced text may change. Use Outlook’s own Undo if needed.

Accounts and availability

Free accounts share the email allowance: 200 words per check and 3 sessions in 48 hours, with a new session after 30 minutes idle. Unlimited keeps the 8,000-character safety limit. Connect again after closing the panel or when your connection expires.

Requires a supported Microsoft-hosted mailbox and an Outlook version that supports add-ins. Some organisation policies and non-Microsoft mailboxes prevent installation. This is not a Microsoft Marketplace release. Real Outlook for Mac installation and email checks still need testing.
